    December 16: Beanbag chairs were delivered to the library. And it was pajama day! The two go hand-in-hand.

    December 1:

    Casework (temporary?) was installed recently.
    Some of it may be replaced (fit and edges are questionable) but this gives an idea of the shelving "look."

    November 7: Some of the new OPACs/library catalog iPad units were installed. The catalog can be searched at wall mount iPads at various locations around the library. The brightness of the screen still needs to be adjusted.

    Perimeter shelving was removed in preparation for new, taller shelving to be installed. 

    October 29: The Mary Cooper Library sign is installed!

    We also have a rug in the reading nook, though additional finish work is needed on the wood. We have been learning how to work in the space. It's cool!

    October 26: Book drop and display case appear complete! Kids enjoy sitting on the brightly colored, blocky tabourets.

    September 17: Moving artwork signage created by Thornton Creek students. Thanks to Steve Hirt, the artist who created our Mary Cooper Library door and the school entry sign.
